Digital Download Policy
VBS Sound Labs sells downloadable digital products. Because these files are delivered electronically and can be copied immediately after access, all sales are final once the order is completed, download access is issued, or the product file is delivered.
No Refunds After Purchase
We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for downloaded or accessible digital products, including cases where a customer changes their mind, purchased the wrong product, no longer needs the file, expected a different sound, or did not check compatibility before buying.
Please Check Before Buying
Before placing an order, please review the product title, description, demos, format, compatibility notes, and your keyboard or software requirements. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your setup, contact support before purchasing.
Support For Download Or File Issues
If a download link fails, a file is missing, a file is corrupted, or you receive the wrong product, contact us with your order number and email address. After verification, we will provide a corrected file, replacement download, or reasonable technical assistance.
Limited Exceptions
A refund may be considered only for a confirmed duplicate payment for the same product or another clear billing error that can be verified in our payment records. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
Chargebacks And Misuse
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first so we can help. Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, chargeback misuse, or repeated policy abuse may result in account restrictions and removal of download access.
